Greenway Housing Cooperative 

Greenway is located in Saanich, in the Mayfair Mall area,  It is close to schools, parks and playgrounds, great shopping facilities and bus routes.  Greenway's 26 units are made up of a diverse community consisting of single and traditional families and single people who actively take part in their community.

Everyone who is a member of Greenway is considered to be the landlord.  This means that all of the members have a responsibility to themselves and to their neighbours to ensure that they are doing the best that they can do to help with the day-to-day business.

Greenway can have up to 8 subsidized units.  British Columbia Housing Management Commission will fund the subsidy for these members.  The amount of subsidy available is dependent on the residents gross monthly income.
